Resilient Roots is on a mission to provide healthy food, without compromise. That means, not only will our ingredients be comprehensible, but our products will also taste delicious. There is no need to sacrifice one or the other.
Our vision is to be a quick service, plant-based juice bar/restaurant. We believe that healthy food that is satiating and tasty is possible.
Lauren Tregoning started Resilient Roots in the summer of 2022 at the Longmont Farmer’s Market. She loved the farmer’s market atmosphere and meeting customers face to face fueled her passion even more. Today, Lauren is aiming to do more wholesale while still attending as many markets as possible.
5% of all profits from Resilient Roots will be donated to the preservation and restoration of the Amazon Rainforest.
